After 2 years as Secretary Yellen’s Climate Counselor, I’ve rejoined Pollination as Global Head of Advisory Services and we have open positions in DC and Chicago (and London and Sydney).
Pollination is the world’s leading climate advisory and investment firm, with a unique set of deep climate expertise spanning law, investment, policy, and advisory.
We are now ~200 people across seven offices globally and growing rapidly in the US. We have over 100 advisory clients (100% focused on expediting the transition to net zero) and are active in investment management as well, primarily through Climate Asset Management, our joint venture with HSBC.

Our secret sauce is in advising clients on high-ambition climate transition strategies and then in working with them to implement those strategies through innovative investment solutions.
